Q: What do I get if I join Student Edge?
A: You will receive a Student Edge Card personalised with your name, date of birth and place of study printed on it. You will also get access to member only competitions (free stuff!) and the member forum on studentedge.com.au.
 
 
  Q: What does the Student Edge Card do?
A: Simply, show your Student Edge Card at participating stores for discounts. Click here to see all stores.
 
 
  Q: How long does the Student Edge Card last?
A: The Student Edge Card lasts for 12 months from the time you receive. If your card expires and you are still studying, you can order a new card – FREE of charge.
 
 
  Q: How much does the Student Edge Cost?
A: FREE – that’s right there is absolutely no cost for joining Student Edge or receiving a Student Edge Card.
 
 
  Q: Who can join?
A: Any high school, university, TAFE, college or apprentice can get a Student Edge card. Even if you are part time, you can still get one.
 
 
  Q: How do I get a Student Edge Card?
A: You can order your card via the Student Edge website. Once you have ordered your card, it will be printed and sent to your mailing address within 15 working days. Click here to order your card now.
 
 
  Q: Is the Student Edge Card valid nationally?
A: The Student Edge Card is currently only valid in WA, although if you live anywhere else in Australia you can still get one and we will let you now when discounts become active in your state or territory.
 
 
  Q: Who is Student Edge?
A: Founded by students in 2002, Student Edge is a Western Australian organisation whose aim is to help students make the most out of their student life. To find out more about us, click here.
 
 
  Q: How does Student Edge support itself if it is FREE?
A: Student Edge is supported by two prominent business people who are committed to supporting students. In line with the Student Edge advertising policy, Student Edge also takes on approved sponsors that help Student Edge to develop better services for students.
 
 
  Q: I’ve lost my card, what do I do?
A: Your existing card will need to be cancelled and a replacement card can be sent to you. Call the member services team to organise this on 1300 THE EDGE (1300 843 334)
 
 
  Q: I ordered my card, but it hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
A: Cards are printed and sent to your mailing address within 15 working days. If your card hasn’t arrived within 15 working days, please contact us.
 
 
  Q: I have received my card and it has an error, what do I do?
A: If your card has a printing error, please contact our member services team within 7 days of receiving your card and we will be able to help. Contact us.
 
 
  Q: I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do?
A: Your password can be sent to your email address - simply click on the "Forgotten password" located in the "members login" box at the top of this page. Then type in your email and your password will be emailed to you. 
 
 
  Q: My current card is expiring soon, what do I do?
A: To be sent your FREE brand spankin’ new card, simply login into the Student Edge website & update your details – too easy! Click here to login
 
 
  Q: Why am I not getting my enews?
A: There are a few reasons why you may not be getting your fortnightly Student Edge enews. You may have entered in an incorrect email address when you signed up or perhaps you are having trouble with your email spam filter. Click here to contact our member services team for help.
 
 
  Q: I have a discount suggestion or an idea for Student Edge, where do I send it?
A: We are continuously slogging away to get new discounts and additions to the Student Edge website. If you think of any more places where you would like a discount or any other ideas for Student Edge, please contact us.
 
 
  Q: What is a Student Edge Blogger?
A: Student Edge Bloggers can be any student member interested in contributing blogs, photos or videos for Studentedge.com.au. Bloggers are rewarded for the efforts with heaps of prizes and free stuff. Click here to find out more about becoming a student blogger.
